We visited the 3rd International Ozone Congress and brought new insights for the health of the future

From June 12 to 15, 2025, our team participated in  the 3rd International Ozone Congress – “Ozone – the Outstanding Therapy” in Starnberg, Germany , one of the world’s most important gatherings of experts in the field of  ozone therapy . The congress brought together leading doctors, scientists and practitioners from around the world to exchange the latest research, experiences and techniques in the application of ozone in medicine.

During four days of lectures and workshops, numerous topics and news were presented that will certainly shape the future of integrative medicine:

• Ozone in stem cell activation  – research shows the potential of ozone to stimulate tissue regeneration and accelerate recovery
  Elvis et al., 2011 – Ozone therapy: A clinical review
• Ozone therapy in the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases  – protocols with successful clinical outcomes are presented, with the use of ozone intravenously, rectally, by local injections and by the so-called  multi-pass  method
  Clavo et al., 2004 – Ozone therapy in advanced head and neck tumors
• Rectal application of ozone  has been shown to be particularly effective in autoimmune conditions, circulatory diseases, certain forms of cancer, and viral infections.
•  Bocci et al., 2010 – Scientific and medical aspects of ozone therapy
• Ozone as a detoxification tool  – ozone therapy can help eliminate toxins and viral loads, with a strong antioxidant response of the body
  Zaky et al., 2020 – Ozone therapy in medicine: A review
• The role of heavy metals in the development of diseases  – it has been pointed out that the presence of heavy metals can block key enzymes, weaken therapeutic effects and contribute to the development of chronic diseases, including cancer

How does ozone help detoxify heavy metals?

Ozone does not remove heavy metals from the body directly, but it strongly stimulates natural detoxification mechanisms. It activates the liver and kidneys, strengthens antioxidant enzymes (such as glutathione and SOD), improves mitochondrial function, and reduces the inflammatory processes caused by heavy metals. In this way, the body more effectively recognizes and eliminates toxins – including those that would otherwise interfere with therapeutic effects.

Keynote speaker – Dr. Johann Lahodny and high-dose OHT therapy

Special emphasis was placed on the lectures of  Dr. Johann Lahodny , an Austrian physician and founder of  High-Dose Ozone Therapy (OHT) . His many years of experience show how high doses of ozone can have a powerful effect on:

• destruction of remaining malignant cells after chemotherapy and surgery,
• stimulating the immune response,
• improving tissue oxygenation and microcirculation,
• supporting detoxification, especially in the presence of heavy metals.

His work lays the foundation for the ever-widening clinical application of ozone – not only as an additional therapy, but also as  a main treatment method in certain indications , particularly breast cancer and urological tumors.
